"Quick replies, but still took some effort"
I had a couple questions before ordering and wheelsco got back to me fast, which I did appreciate. I wasn’t totally sure about the fitment, and I didn’t really feel like digging through a bunch of specs myself, so it was nice that they helped me figure it out without making it into some big project.
Even after I placed the order, I had to send another message, which was a little annoying because I was hoping to be done with it by then. But they replied the same day, so at least I wasn’t stuck waiting around or chasing them. Overall, easy to deal with and the customer service was solid.

"Rougher ride than I was expecting"
I got the wheels installed without any trouble, but the ride is a bit rougher than I expected. I mean, not rough exactly, just bumpier than my old set, and I definitely notice more road noise now. They’re not terrible or anything, just not quite as comfortable as I was hoping for

I got some help with the install, and it was solid. I was kind of wondering if I should’ve been able to figure it out myself, but the support made the whole thing a lot easier.

I ordered my wheels online through wheelsco.ca and chose local pickup. To be fair, everything went pretty much how you’d hope it would. The order was ready when I got there, the counter guy was polite, and I didn’t have to stand around waiting or deal with any surprise issues. Nothing over-the-top, just a straightforward and easy experience. I’d use them again.

I’m really happy with these rims so far. They showed up feeling solid, the finish looks clean, and I haven’t had any issues after using them for a few weeks. In my opinion, they’re a good buy.

"Not really happy with the experience"
I was hoping this would go smoother, but the shipping ended up being late. This is where it got annoying: I reached out to support expecting some help or at least a clear update, but they didn’t really do much. Overall, not the best experience...

"Decent prices, but not a crazy deal"
Wheelsco.ca was okay overall. Like I said, the prices were decent and I did save a little compared to going through a local shop, but once shipping and everything got added on, it wasn’t as cheap as I thought it would be at first. The wheels arrived fine and they look good, so no real complaints there. Like I said, it’s not bad value, just not some amazing deal either. I’d maybe order from them again if the price worked out a bit better next time.

I had a question about wheel fitment and reached out to support before placing my order. The guy I spoke with actually seemed to know his stuff and helped me double-check the sizing, which made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the replies were a bit slow one day. Nothing major, though. Overall, it was a solid experience and I’d be fine ordering from them again.

"Good wheels, shipping caught me off guard"
The wheels themselves were fine, and from what I remember the site was easy to get through. I don’t recall every step of checkout, but I do remember the shipping cost standing out more than I expected. It kind of took the deal from “nice” to “eh, still okay.” Not a bad experience overall, I just wish the delivery price was lower or made a little more obvious earlier on.

"Better packed than I expected"
I was expecting the boxes to get a little beat up in shipping, but the wheels showed up in solid packaging with no dents or scratches. Definitely packed better than I thought they would be.

"Finally found the wheels I needed"
I’d been searching everywhere for this wheel set and it seemed like nobody had them in stock. Then I checked wheelsco.ca and somehow they actually had them available. I blame whoever runs this for making the whole thing way easier than I expected. Ordered without any hassle, got exactly what I wanted, and overall I’m happy with it.

I grabbed a set of wheels during one of their promos and the code actually applied at checkout with no hassle. The price ended up being better than a few other places I looked at, so that was nice. Ordering was straightforward and I saved a bit of money. I’d probably use wheelsco.ca again if another decent deal pops up. Anyway, that’s it

"Wheels Didn’t Fit and Support Kept Moving the Goalposts"
The wheels ended up not fitting my car the way they were supposed to, which was frustrating enough on its own. When I reached out for help, support was slow to respond and mostly gave me generic answers. Every time I thought we were getting closer to a solution, it felt like the goalposts moved again and there was some new requirement or excuse. Not a great experience

"Stock info was a bit off"
I ordered a set of wheels because the site showed they were in stock, but after I paid, I found out they weren’t actually available. To be fair, they got back to me quickly and offered another option, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. It was just frustrating because the inventory status was the main reason I chose those wheels in the first place. If you’re not in a hurry, it’s probably fine, but I’d definitely check with them first next time before ordering.

So... I ordered a set of wheels from wheelsco.ca it was a easy experience. The site was simple to get around, I found the right size without overthinking it, and checkout went through without any issues.
I got the confirmation quickly and the updates were clear enough. Nothing over the top, but everything worked the way it should. I’d be fine ordering from them again.

Got my tracking link quick, and it kept updating the whole way. Nice. The wheels showed up right when it said they would, so there wasn’t really anything to worry about. Smooth. Overall, just a simple order with no issues.
